Well, it's called dough, wouldn't that imply something tasty?

Bonus pic: I wonder where he's going to take us.

We surprised Mom today by making a cake. I made the icing while Andrew ate lunch. What better for dessert than a spatula covered in chocolate cream cheese icing?
Unfortunately, we made the cake while Mom was at work, so no one was able to get pictures of him helping me make the batter. He dumped all the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and counted all the ingredients that he couldn't dump. I don't know how I would have done it without him.

While Mom made dinner later on, we iced the cake. Talk about a big helper!
What better for appetizer than cleaning out a bowl full of chocolate cream cheese icing?
The final result. Yummy!

Whenever we are at the park now, he says, "Up the stairs, down the slide." Of course, now he goes up the slide and down the slide.

Are you happy, Grammy? He started the day by throwing playground mulch in the air, followed by gently rubbing it in his hair, and completed with a soak in his sandbox. That was a dirty little boy. I was surprised he didn't clog the tub drain.

The other day, Liz went to the local seed store to buy more bird food for the feeders out in front of the house. While they were there, Andrew just bounced all over the place talking about the birds. The owner of the store must have been enamored with him, because he pulled these binoculars out and handed them to Liz, telling her that he'd been waiting for the right person to come in the store so he could give them away. We pulled them out of the package on Sunday and found out that they aren't bad binoculars. We expected cheap opera glasses or something. It's obvious that they aren't valued in the thousands of dollars, they aren't the dollar store variety either.

Playing with the camera. Rear-curtain flash gives quite an interesting effect. Too bad that's not what it's intended for.

The itsy-bitsy spider went up the water spout
Dow came the rain and washed the spider out
Out came the sun and dried up all the rain
And the itsy-bitsy spider went up the spout again.

Yes, he had a cold this past week and his temperature spiked to about 104°F, but I didn't think we'd taken his picture enough for him to consider it amusement.

Here he is in much better form. I guess he's practicing to be a gymnast. Regardless, he's still a monkey.

Poor little guy is exhausted. He's been sick since Tuesday night and is just starting to feel better today. Yesterday he was so tired that he fell asleep on the floor in front of the couch while eating a graham cracker cookie.

He built this "camera" all by himself and took pictures of me, so I had to take pictures of him. It might be time to think about ebaying a cheap digital camera for him, or am I pushing too hard?

He is going to get such a ring around his mouth. This is a new trick he figured out today.

New Addition

I don't have any picutures yet, but we were approved to adopt Barley. Still not sure on what to call him. We are taking suggestions for his name. If you want to see him check out www.fuzzyfriendsrescue.com, he's on the second page of dogs.

Sorry for the interuption

OK, its been a while, but there will be no pictures in the immediate future. skot, being skot, decided to install a new hard drive and back everything up. In true Everett fashion, this simple act seems to have hosed the whole system. I'm posting this at work, but won't be able to upload pictures.

Still no word on the dog, unless they are trying to email skot. We'll let everyone know as soon as there is news.
