The family at the spray park

Waco actually has some pretty cool municipal spray parks. We have, I think, 4 throughout the city. Unfortunately, this is the only one with the slightest amount of shade. There is one closer to the house, but, well, it gets hot here in the summer.

Why do kids always sit on the spray head?
