I have no idea how the dog did this
Recently, the dog has really made a mess of our fence. So much that we have to now tether him when we put him outside. He's pulled several slats from the braces and continually gets out.
He hates being tethered and spends the whole time figuring out how best to tangle himself in all of the backyard furniture. I think he does it just to make it difficult for us to get him in.
